A monthly gathering space for grievers to connect and reflect together. All grievers are welcome. All losses are respected.

When grief anniversaries or major moments are on the horizon, don't weather it alone.
Studio Saudade’s 2026 Grief Support Groups are held in person, in Seattle on the last Tuesday from 6:30-8pm PST

Seattle Grief Support Group Details
In addition to our other support programs—almost all of which are offered with one-to-one grief and trauma support options—we offer a monthly gathering in the community room at the Arbor Space Office Building on top of Queen Anne hill in Seattle.
Grief Support Groups include:
Connecting with other grievers who have experienced similar or different types of loss
Connecting with local grief professionals
Structured and guided time for open sharing
Tapping into the mind-body connection of grief
Education and resources for working with grief or trauma

Is this group right for me?
Anyone is welcome to attend for any grief - big or small. If you have faced a traumatic or sudden death, you are welcome here. However, please note that we also offer the online WayKeepers Group, which is specific to the experience of losing someone through suicide, homicide, combat, accidental death, drug overdose, sudden or prolonged medical deaths that have also been traumatizing to loved ones.
Many participants attend both groups, so trust what feels right for you. If you have any questions or concerns, please book a free 15-minute phone consult, and we will be happy to discover what may be best right now.
Open Grief Support Group: Pre-registration is required.
Number of Participants: Limited to 12 participants.
Fee: FREE. However, we gladly accept contributions to offset basic costs through our Share the Love Fund.
When: The last Tuesday of each month: 6:30-8pm.
Arrive between 6:10-6:25pm. Program begins at 6:30pm.
