Everyone experiences grief in unique and personal ways. In addition to our regular group programs, we offer individualized pathways to ensure you receive the support you need.

Customized approaches are available based on what you need and what sort of support practices will best suit you. Unlike scheduled programs, there is no specific start date or end date — your work will unfold naturally at your own pace, based on your experience.

Individual grief support sessions may include processing through:

Grief support sessions are available in-person, at our Seattle office, and virtually through our secure Zoom for Healthcare’s secure platform. Payment options are available.
