Rebecca Mullins, CTRC, ACGRS

Rebecca’s initial desire to work with grievers came in 2006 after a dear friend's sudden death. While attending design school at the time, she experienced for the first time how creative practices such as writing, storytelling, and art can assist with healing during life’s most painful moments. Working with families facing the end of life and its complex realities and challenges became a lifelong calling.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, she found a deeper yearning to work at the intersection of grief, trauma, and traumatic bereavement. Her training with the IAOTRC in 2022 as a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach (CTRC) further provided tools – outside traditional medical or clinical models – to work safely and effectively with trauma survivors to help them build resilience and a life they love.

In January 2024, Rebecca started a new journey to become officially certified as a Mental Health Coach by July 2024 and will be taking the national boards in November 2024 to complete her credentialing as a NBC-HWC.

She loves working with a diverse clientele at the intersection of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health and well-being. Finding the right approach and balance for each client is both an art and a science.

Rebecca is passionate about creating unique professional support programs in her private practice and providing educational, emotional, and spiritual support in the greater Seattle area and beyond as an active volunteer in her community.
