Rebecca L. Mullins,
CMHC, CTRC-AG, ACGRS

Rebecca's journey into working with grievers began in 2006 after the sudden death of a dear friend. While attending design school, she first discovered how creative practices like writing, storytelling, and art could aid in healing during life’s most painful moments. This experience ignited a lifelong calling to support families navigating the complexities and challenges of end-of-life care.

The Covid-19 pandemic intensified Rebecca's dedication to working at the intersection of grief, trauma, and traumatic bereavement. In 2022, she undertook over 16 months of training with the International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaching, becoming an Advanced Certified Trauma Recovery Coach (CTRC) to support both individuals and groups. This comprehensive training equipped her with the tools to safely and effectively guide survivors through Positive Psychology Coaching, helping clients build emotional resilience, enhance communication skills for healthier relationships, and practice “mindfulness and mental fitness” to create and maintain a life filled with purpose and meaning.

In January 2024, Rebecca further deepened her expertise by completing Francis Weller’s Entering the Healing Ground | Grief Ritual Leadership Training Program, expanding her skills in grief ritual leadership. In July 2024, Rebecca completed her training with Headspace Training Institute as a Certified Mental Health Coach, and is scheduled to take her national board exam in November to earn her highest credential as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. She is passionate about collaborating with other healthcare providers and mental health clinicians or practitioners to better serve those who have experienced trauma, grief, and loss.

Rebecca thrives on working with a diverse clientele at the intersection of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. She sees finding the right approach and balance for each client as both an art and a science.

Passionate about creating unique professional support programs, Rebecca offers educational, emotional, and spiritual support through her private practice. She also actively volunteers in the greater Seattle area, extending her services and support to the community and beyond.
