What Can I Expect, and Bring to the Table?

This is a relaxed, professional, cost-free gathering where you can meet new professionals, discuss your niche, and connect with new clients that align with your expertise through professional referrals.

Each group meeting (20 people max) has a structured yet flexible agenda. For larger groups, we’ll start with 1-3 minute introductions, followed by a brief, focused discussion on a relevant topic in mental health and wellbeing. We'll dedicate time for networking at the beginning and end, allowing members to build connections and explore referral opportunities. If the group is under 6 people, we’ll keep it less formal and split shared time to chat business, specialties and referral opportunities.

Friday gatherings held in person are BYOB (beverage, snack, treat, etc…) to share if you wish.

Please bring some business cards or digital contact info. Share what you’re passionate about, what clients you really want to work with, and what type of professionals you would like to refer clients to. Are there challenges or topics you’d like support around for future groups?

Bring an open mind, generous heart, and creative mindset. As we grow, we’ll figure out the rest.
